Whether you are a director of an estate trading company, a partner in an estate operation or a trustee of an estate managed in hand or with let property you are obliged – under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 – to ensure that you have an effective Health and Safety policy in place.

Since its establishment in 2003 Safety Revolution Ltd has built up a wealth of experience in dealing with estates, developing effective management systems.

Over 3 years, we get to know the estate and the team; we draft the necessary policy and risk assessments and then involve the team in reviewing and improving them. Our approach is to include all the staff in that process, to discuss their role and use that expertise to build a robust system including the provision of information, supervision, training and instruction.
