Our service is generally delivered over a three-year period and we aim to include all the staff in our four-stage process:

  1. Your Primary Audit – We endeavour to involve all the staff in our initial visit, discussing their roles and drawing on their expertise to formulate a robust Health and Safety system suited to your estate
  2. Action Plan – Your Primary Audit helps dictate the next steps in implementing changes to your health and safety processes. We also investigate the need for information, supervision, instruction and training
  3. Training Needs Analysis – Dependent upon the findings in our Primary Audit and Action Plan, we look at the individual needs for training amongst your team
  4. Ongoing Support and Guidance – Your dedicated Health and Safety Consultant works with you to support your health and safety changes. You also have access to a 24-hour support line should you require it
