SR is predominantly although not exclusively a provider of consultancy services in the Health and Safety and Human Resources sector. SR has a comprehensive and detailed internal policy to ensure compliance with the provisions of GDPR. SR has conducted a detailed audit and staff training to ensure compliance.
Having conducted the above audit SR is fully compliant with the Provisions of GDPR.
As SR is predominantly a service provider any external data held is limited in scope. Any data that is collected is done so lawfully under the provisions of section 3 of our GDPR policy.
In exceptional circumstances SR may pass data to government bodies or insurance companies directly connected with the legal obligations of a client normally relating to Health and Safety or Employment Legislation.
Any data collected by SR will only be because it is necessary, will be limited in scope and held securely. The retention of data will be regularly reviewed and permanently deleted when it is no longer required to fulfil any potential legal obligation.
